Im 34 years old and married and live in Lisburn. My main hobby is spending too much money on guitars I don't need!
I've been playing guitar since I was 13 and from the age of 16 was playing in pub rock bands. In my late 20's I became
a Christian and since then have led the worship group in St Pauls Church, Lisburn. I play the acoustic guitar and do something
akin to singing! Recently we ran a summer school for the young people of the church. Certificates were presented by the Lord
Mayor.
My musical taste is very varied- I listen to everything from the hardest metal to light jazz and contemporary worship.
As a tutor I believe that the most important thing is that the student enjoys their time with me and develops as a person.
In particular I love to see young people learning that discipline and determination will always pay off! There is a great
sense of achievement to be gained from finally getting that song or solo just right.
